In order to use the online Self Service portal, support for Java must be enabled in your Web browser. If you do not have the Java installed on your machine, you will have to install one. To install Java, double click the link below and install the latest update file:

Follow steps in the “Instructions” link below right for your chosen Java file.

When Java is successfully installed, go to Control Panel and right click on Java icon. Click Open -> Security -> Edit Site List… Click Add button and paste url address http://196.29.39.134:9001/forms/frmservlet?config=sup . Click OK, Continue & OK buttons simultaneously. Close Control Panel.

Click on Login below to access the system.

NB: If the browser displays a blank white page after clicking Agent/Broker Login link above, add the url address to the exclusion list of your anti-virus and if problem persists make sure the url address’ ip address 196.29.39.134 and port 9001 are allowed in your network.

1. Click the appropriate portal link above.
2. On member Sign In screen, capture username in the username field then password. Click Sign In button.
3. If not yet registered. Click new user.
4. Registration: capture member number in Membership No. field
5. Capture password and confirm.
6. Capture name for example hsmith in username field
7. Verification: select either email or cellphone number that matches the one you provided Generation Health
8. Click register
9. Append the verification pin
10. Click Verify Now button
11. Capture name and password in respective fields
12. To change password, click drop down arrow top right of screen, go to Settings, capture current password, then new password and repeat new password. Click Change password button.
